Electro Harmonix Hot Tubes OD

Back in the day when pedals were scarce, it took an amp that was heated up to give you that certain overdrive, that breakup. But unless you liked going through tubes a lot, it wasn’t practical. Along came Electro Harmonix with their Hot Tubes OD pedal, and well, problem solved. As a matter of fact, they did it back in the 70’s, and guess what? Today’s players are asking for that sound, that pedal, and once again, problem solved. You get the same great CMOS sound, same design, just in a smaller package. Need tube breakup or something heavier, simply dial it up. Don’t feel like fiddling with tone? Hit the Tone switch to Off to disable it. Turn it back On and get a wide spectrum of sounds.
